HISTORY OF MAA KRUPA FOUNDATION
Maa Kupa Foundation was inaugurated in July 2009 as a charitable organization by five trustees. The trust has raised funds each year through various annual events. The funds have helped charities and poor and needy people in the UK, India, and Africa.

Gujarati School including Yoga/ Tabla/ Harmonium classes for children and adults – started in 2016 with over 80 children/adults. In 2017 children performed at Diwali celebrations in Trafalgar Square

Each year monies raised are distributed to various causes around the world.
Maa Krupa Foundation has donated over 30,000 pounds to St Luke’s Hospice in Kenton.
In India sponsored over 500 cataract operations. Financed five weddings from those of a poor background. Jointly with the help of other charities provided daily lunch for elderly widows for three years in a small village. Jointly worked with two other charities - Devon Charitable Trust and Aden Vanik Association to donate 30 computers to a school in Mumbai.
In Uganda financed water pumps for schools. In Malawi - sponsorship of a student to go to university for three years. He has qualified as a doctor.
